Advisor and Board member
I work as an advisor or a board member for organisations and their boards and help them with digitalisation, leadership, AI, data driven decision making and transformations that are affecting their operations and strategic goals. As an entrepreneur I understand my goal on helping you.
Coach
I coach individuals with aim to help them achieve what ever they are aiming for. I dont have to be an expert on the goal itself, but the process of coaching (which I aim to be). I have training in Brain-based Coaching.
Trainer
I train individuals, teams and organisations about topics such as digitalisation, leadership, leadership, AI, data driven decision making, transformations, culture, DevOps (lean + agile), and architecture. I have given trainings focusing on certification and other for approx. 1000+ persons.
Speaker
I give speeches in various events and seminars, small and big. I act as a chair of an event, guest or host to a podcast, or a facilitator of a round table. I love being with people and I really enjoy the excitement that goes in to public speaking.

My name is Veikko Nokkala and I come from Helsinki, Finland. I am surrounded by loved ones, baker of sourdough bread, trail runner, life long learner, and a general enthusiast.
I have vast understanding of business, design, security, development, and operations of modern IT services. My holistic perspective on human, business, and technology viewpoints enables me to facilitate change in any organisation context.
